SHIPPING

When will my order arrive?

• Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process prior to shipment
• Domestic US destinations: Please allow 2-3 days transit time for your order to be delivered.
• International destinations: Transit time normally  varies from 2 up to 6 weeks depending on:

• Your country customs processing time.
• Type of Mail Service selected for your order during checkout. (First Class, Priority, Express...). Please Check out our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

• CUSTOM ORDERS: Please allow 4-6 weeks for your custom order to be processed. We will provide you weekly status updates via email!

Can I get my order faster?

Express Shipping options are available during checkout at extra cost. Express transit time is drastically reduced (1 day for Domestic and up to 5 days for international) when you select a Express Mail Service (several Carrier Companies available to choose from during checkout.

Where is my package coming from?

We ship out from The Woodlands, TX, USA but our products are handcrafted by artisans in South America or Asia. We are an stablished US Company.

PREORDERS AND CUSTOM ORDERS

How does a custom order process work?

We can make a sold out product or customize almost any product. Some products have the "Custom Order" option to place your order with instructions to follow. If the item is sold out a PREORDER button may appear to Preorder the same item listed. 

Once you place your CUSTOM order, our team will be in touch shortly after to start the process and confirm your special requests. You can add additional comments to any order during checkout.  You get to pick color, patterns and other features depending of the product. We listen to your aesthetic and sometimes we send you images first of similar products that comply with your request. We guarantee you will find the design you are dreaming of! Please read the following information for more details about PREORDERS and Custom orders.

I am in love with a SOLD OUT product, How Can I buy it?

If you are willing to wait for your dream item (around 5-7 weeks to be handmade and ready to ship), you can PREORDER if the option is available (instead of "ADD TO CART") or you can request a CUSTOM ORDER via email at contact@colorful4u.com detailing your special request.

Please make sure you include in your email:

• The link of the sold out product if available or a screenshot
• The picture of the product or similar product that you want
• Any variations needed
• Your location (country/zip code)

If you request your custom item via email, we will email you back confirming your request, estimated delivery time, and price. A 

Custom Fee (~US$10)  may be added to the current retail price of the product when you place a custom order with many variations.

Once you confirm your order, we will email you an online invoice that you can pay online. We will start processing your order once payment has been received. Returns are no allowed for custom orders unless there is a quality issue involve. Please review our Return Policy here
