Shipping policy

Colorful 4U offers free shipping on orders of $75 or more before promotional discounts within the continental United States.

We ship from Texas, USA. Please allow 5 business days for order preparation, unless you have placed a custom order or a pre-order.

Orders ship on Mondays after preparation is complete.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We ship to PO Box and APO/FPO Box addresses. Overnight and expedited delivery is available for these addresses.

If an invalid address is provided, there may be a delay in processing your order.

During the holidays our shipping times may vary.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Colorful 4U partners with multiple shipping carriers and shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on weight to optimise the shipping cost for you. USPS is, in most cases, the carrier that offers better rates. Their mail services available for you are:

  • USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL. You can expect 10-20 business days delivery time. (Europe & Asia mainly) Time may vary depending on customs process in your country.
    • A few countries, specially in South America may experience extra delays during transit and customs (i.e. Shipping to Brazil normally takes 6-8 weeks for delivery) but our past orders have always arrived to their destination.
  • USPS INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL.  Delivery time is about 6-10 business days.
  • USPS INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY EXPRESS Delivery time is about 5 business days.

 Other carriers like UPS will be available for you to choose during checkout.

We ship to PO Box

SHIPPING STATUS

Colorful 4U partners with multiple shipping carriers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email providing your tracking number and carrier information.  You may also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on “Order History” to review your order status and obtain a tracking number.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at contact@colorful4u.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
