We ship from Texas, USA. All orders will be processed and packaged within 3 business days, unless you have placed a custom order or a pre-order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All our domestic shipping rates (if applicable) are 10% off for our customers. Colorful 4U covers the 10% as a courtesy to all our clients.
We ship to PO Box and APO/FPO Box addresses. Overnight and expedited delivery is available for these addresses.
If an invalid address is provided, there may be a delay in processing your order.
During the holidays our shipping times may vary.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. All standard INTERNATIONAL shipping rates are 10% off for our customers. Colorful 4U cover the 10% as a courtesy to all our clients. Discount do not apply for expedited mail services (Express).
Colorful 4U partners with multiple shipping carriers and shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on weight to optimise the shipping cost for you. USPS is, in most cases, the carrier that offers better rates.
Other carriers like DHL (*RECOMENDED* to expedite custom process and delivery), or UPS will be available for you to choose during checkout.
USPS mail services available for you are:
- USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL. For most countries, the shipping rate is about $22 (after our 10% discount at 2021 rates) up to 2 lb. You can expect 10-20 business days delivery time. (Europe & Asia mainly) Time may vary depending on customs process in your country.
- A few countries, specially in South America may experience extra delays during transit and customs (i.e. Shipping to Brazil normally takes 6-8 weeks for delivery) but our past orders have always arrived to their destination.
- USPS INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL. Delivery time is about 6-10 business days. Shipping Cost starts at $35 (after discount)
- USPS INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY EXPRESS Delivery time is about 5 business days.

Colorful 4U partners with multiple shipping carriers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email providing your tracking number and carrier information. You may also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on “Order History” to review your order status and obtain a tracking number.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order.
